According to testimony

A journalist detained by HTS in July 2017 told the Syrian Network for Human Rights that his interrogators threatened to send him to al-Uqab, which he described as a notorious prison, much like the Assad government’s detention centres, used to hold people they wanted to make disappear. A photojournalist said that members of al-Uqab’s security unit raided his home that month to arrest him. 1 Read the article
