Mohammad al-Dabbash presents Salama as the owner of al-Raqi and says the company was previously linked to Jabhat al-Nusra, placing it among the companies or contractors imposed on organisations and projects in Idlib. 2

Established and disputed: independent sources confirm Salama’s earlier roles in al-Nusra and HTS and his work as executive director of al-Raqi.
